Fulfillment Policy

At AltusRank, we are committed to delivering high-quality, on-time SEO and digital marketing services to every client. Once your subscription or project is confirmed and payment is processed, we begin the fulfillment process according to the timelines agreed upon during onboarding.

What fulfillment looks like at AltusRank

For all digital services, fulfillment includes: project initiation within 2–3 business days of confirmed payment, onboarding and initial audit delivery, ongoing monthly service execution, and reporting as outlined in your selected plan. Service Timelines

Timelines may vary for Enterprise or custom-scope engagements. Your dedicated strategist will confirm specific milestones during onboarding.

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide every client with effective, reliable, and transparent digital marketing services. We understand that circumstances change — here is our fair and clear refund policy:

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered in cases where a service has not yet been initiated or delivered. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your payment date at hello@altusrank.com.

Due to the nature of SEO and digital marketing (where results develop over time and work is immediately put into action), we are unable to offer refunds for completed service periods. We encourage all clients to reach out to us first if they are unsatisfied — we will always work to make it right.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your AltusRank subscription at any time. To cancel, please notify us in writing at least 30 days before the end of your current billing period by emailing hello@altusrank.com.

3. Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing or service delivery, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Reach us at hello@altusrank.com.

4. Changes to This Policy

AltusRank reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
